If a guest’s arrival is early in the day and preferes immediate access to the reserved room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until the guest leaves the room. In the event that the actual check – in date is later than the contracted commencement (no show on original check – in date), the charge for the room will commence as stated in the period of reservations.

Refund: Consideration on refund from prepaid bookings made by the travel agency partner is subject to force majeure (acts of God, calamities, and heavy weather conditions such as Habagat). A two (2) week processing is requested before refund is disbursed back to the account of the booker. No Show Policy: No Show charge are equivalent to the total room charges for the entire period booked Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date during weekends and 48 hours (2 days) during weekdays are free of charge. However, cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date is subject to one (1) night charge penalty
